bike hire & DEMO FLEET

We are open Wednesday to Sunday, 0900 – 1700 and offer road, mountain, gravel and e-bikes from across the Canyon UK range and Just Pedal is the only UK location where you can test out the majority of what Canyon have to offer.  All can be booked via the online portal below.

BIKE HIRE FAQ’s

Opening Hours:  Wednesday – Sunday 0900 – 1700 including bank holidays unless they fall on a Monday or Tuesday.  We also close for Christmas Day and Boxing Day.  Last hire time is 14:30 in summer. 13:30 in winter.

How to book:  All bikes need to be booked in advance via the website a minimum of 18hrs before your preferred booking time.  We do accept walk ups and bookings on the day subject to availability.

What to Bring:

Helmet No helmet no ride.  We recommend you bring your own helmet but we can supply if necessary at no extra cost.

Identification It is mandatory for all riders to leave some form of photo ID with us whilst out riding.  No ID no ride.

Appropriate Clothing Please check the weather and bring clothing suitable for the day and type of riding

Water Bottle  Please bring your own water bottle to remain hydrated on the ride

Pedals: We can supply and fit bikes with flat pedals, Shimano SPD SL, SPD MTB or Look Keo pedals.  If you require different pedals please bring these with you. We can fit your own pedals without a problem.  

Garmins/ Sat Nav’s: We do not supply sat nav devices we are able to attach yours to our bikes.  We have a limited number of Garmin and Wahoo mounts for road bikes and can attach your own mounts to the other bikes.

Multi-day hires: We do offer multi-day hires if availability allows on all bikes except E-bikes and Aeroad’s. Bike insurance is also mandatory for multi-day hires.  Please feel free to contact us via email bikehire@just-pedal.com or give us a call on +44(0)1306 885 152 to discuss your requirements.

Can I do a short Canyon Demo Ride?:  Yes of course! Short, 5 minute car park demo rides are available.  However you will still need to leave ID with us, wear a helmet and sign up to our T&C’s. If you require longer you will need to book in for a two hour session.

Can I try more than one bike in my hire session? Yes of course! If we have the other bikes you wish to ride available then you are welcome to ride bikes other than the one booked in your session. 

If I buy a Canyon do I get a refund on my hire? After your hire Just Pedal will send you a discount code valid on the Canyon Website.  This will provide you with free delivery and a bike guard delivery box (Combined value ~£58).  The code provided is valid for 3 months and is only valid on new bike purchases (not ex-demo bikes).  If the bike you want is not in due in stock within 3 months of your demo or you want to buy more than one bike please feel free to ask us for another code when you are ready to purchase.
